Don't know where else to stick this and I am at my wits end as to how the hell I can contact anyone in Airsimmer! I have registered with Airsimmer in their support forum, but have still not received an activation e-mail, so I can't do anything. I can't use the link in their main site to register a technical difficulty, as I get an error every single time. I can't find an e-mail address to contact for support. So who on earth do I contact and how?

There are one or two people on AVSIM with Airsimmer signature banners, I've seen a few in the PMDG forum, so I would be inclined to look for one of those and PM that person, since if they have a banner, they've probably got forum access. A bit convoluted I know, but I presume it would work.Al

Erm... are you from the extended team or something? Because otherwise, I have no idea why you should be reporting a technical difficulty at all. The product is not released yet.

It would appear his technical difficulty is with their forum systems - not any products themselves. Without the ability to use the forums to discuss his problem, and with the tech support links not yet active due to the lack of need, the poster needs an alternate way to get a hold of the company and get his forum activation straightened out. A recommendation to the original poster - check your spam filters or quarantines - they may have sent you an activation that was somehow held out as junkmail. -G

My spam filters are fine - I've no troubles receiving e-mails from anywhere/anyone. If someone does send me something questionable, it gets sent straight to my spam folder for me to decide what to do with rather than not allowing it to be sent to me. Benjamin, I was trying to report a technical fault with accessing the forum - not their products. Just wanted to clarify that. Unfortunately I am not part of any teams doing beta testing.

As far as knowing if they are genuinely attached to Airsimmer, I've seen some forum users with the relevant signature banner which shows them as part of the team. That is what I'm looking for.
