PMDG JS41 Screenshots

Danny,When you say GEX and REX is installed, do you mean Ground Enviornment X from Flight1? I know about REX and I will probably be buying REX2 after seeing those shots, but the ground textures looked really good too and if you say there is no frames impact, then I want to purchase it as well. The 3rd screen shot from your Bergen to Birmingham Flight is the one I am most curious about because it looks so real. If so, I thought GEX only covers USA and Canada. ThanksChad

Chad that particular shot your looking at is probably the small area of photoscenery which is part of the Cloud 9 Airport Package for Bergen Flesland. Ground Enviroment X does only cover the USA and Canada at the moment until the release of the EU section. However some areas of Landclass are used in all world areas so you do see new GEX textures in Europe usually for heavy forested areas and some swamp textures and other bits sometimes appearing all over the world..

Can't get enough of flying this bird. It's simply a masterpiece. image20090911190131500.jpgI love the night lighting!image20090909223639343.jpgimage20090909222959437.jpgThe pictures really don't do justice, specially since they have to be resized and lose some of their quality.

Here's a couple of night lighting panel shots. The view from the Jump Seat is excellent, and notice the shadows of the knobs in the close up.

Maybe this is no the right forum to post this but I'm wondering how to get good frames in this lovely bird.I see many screens with nice addon scenery and settings.I can't get my frames in VC higher then 15FPS. Normally I get more then 40/s.My System specs:Asus Rampage extreme 2Intel I7 920 overclock to 3.6Ghz with Mugen 2 cooler.4Gb DDR3 RAMMSI Nvidia GTX285 Super Pipe version.HD of 7500RPM.Would it do much of a help to FSX if I upgrade to 10000RPM HD and more GB RAM with 64bit OS?All my settings in FSX are medium.I hope somebody is willing to help me with this.Kind RegardsJorikPMDG this bird is sooo amazing, if I only could get fluid frames.
