September 29, 200916 yr Hi, I sent this question directly to PMDG support, and thought I would post here also. I purchased the JS41 tonight and as the topic title says, the throttle is stuck on full and there are no displays.My first attempt at installation resulted in a freeze of the installer about half way through. I rebooted my machine and ran the installer again, this time it completed without problem. I started FSX and loaded the default aircraft (ultralight), I then loaded the pmdg tutorial. That is when I noticed the full throttle and no display. I checked the battery ground button and it had no effect.The other weird thing is that I was never asked to enter a license key at any point. Does FSX ask for the license key when the js41 is loaded, or does the pmdg installer do this?I ran the installer a third time to see if it was a focus issue and it doesn't seem to be. If so, did you get the automated response? If you don't get a response that could mean your ISP or a spam filter are blocking PMDG e-mails. If it's your ISP then you may need to use another e-mail address. George Morris

So I guess yahoo is mysteriously dumping any autoreply emails...Well, hopefully I can get some guidance now on getting the js41 activated correctly.Thanks,Vic
September 29, 200916 yr Just a quick thought in case you have not had any response so far...The activation in full screen is currently hidden... i.e. if you load up a default Cessna at your departure airport, then switch to the JS41 in full screen view without any previous activation, you will not see the activation prompt window...The best to do here is to load the JS41 in the free flight menu, then you will see the activation window... that is my experience at least...Andrew Andrew Entwistle

I just got home from work and tried running FSX along with task manager open to see if the activation window was hidden, and there was still no activation window. I am starting to get somewhat frustrated by this unfortunately. I am waiting for a response to my support email, but in the meantime maybe someone from PMDG support will see this thread???? :( PLEASE HELP

December 3, 201015 yr Open a trouble ticket at the pmdg web site support portal. They are not using email for support any longer (http://forum.avsim.net/topic/277449-pmdg-support-portal-now-available/); also see pinned topic on server maintenance issues they are currently having. Dan Downs KCRP
