October 15, 200916 yr Selkan in his recent post- "it's all done with mirrors"- had difficulty with resizing pics to meet AVSIM rules. Here's a little routine to do that for any pic or screenshot. No extra software required.Assuming your photo/screenshot is in "My Pictures"-------------Right Click on the pic to be downsized in My Pictures, which brings up a menu-Left Click on Send To which opens another menu-Click on Mail Recipient which opens another menu-On lower left of that menu, Click on "Show more options", then click on Medium or Large (both these sizes are OK to AVSIM)An Email form will open with your photo resized and all set up in the Email attachment line.Drag the Email form sideways a little so that some of My Pictures is also showing.Click/hold and drag the info in the Attachment line back to a blank area in the MY Pictures screen- and release the mouse. You have just placed your reduced pic back into My Pictures ready to select and upload to AVSIM.Close out the unused, not needed Email form.----------I know- sounds complicated. But once you've done this a couple of times, it takes all of about 5 seconds! Simple!! Necessity was the mother of invention!Alex Reid

Here is the link:http://download.cnet.com/IrfanView/3000-21...962.html?tag=bcAll you need to do after you open it is Go to:File > Batch Conversion/RenameThen drag n drop the files you want to batch convert into the "input box", select the format, output box, and if you hit "Advanced" next to the format options you can select the resize options.
