Hi Will,I'd save them again just to be safe.Make sure you follow the tutorial flight again to the letter.Make sure you're not pressing the Secondary button when you're not supposed to.Best,

I'd also ask PMDG; maybe they have some insight.But I'm guessing you have a key assignment or something connected to the TOGA button that you're not aware of.Best,
