If I buy a product from a developer who uses the Flight1 wrapper who is my contract with - the developer or Flight1 ?

I believe that anything having to do with the installation/re-installation is supported by Flight1; product use/support is through the developer...

If I buy something from a shop in the UK my contract is with the shop, not the manufacturer. The manufacturer may offer a guarantee that's over and above the contract with the shop.

Peanuts, get your peanuts here...MGH, if you buy from a shop in the U. K. using a credit card, do you go to the credit card company for support of the product? Right. Unless it is a Flight1 product, we do not offer customer support for developers products that use our e-commerce services "Wrapper"Support for the product is the responsibility of the developer. What you can be assured of is that we require developers that use our wrapper to adhere to our 30 day refund policy. In that case, Flight1 is always supporting your purchase but not necessarily the support for the product itself. In our case it is Eaglesoft Development Group. Flight One has no product support responsibilty for Eaglesoft Products past the ecommerce side of the equation. The only contact needed with F1 is to kiss their server for purchase or reinstallation of an Eaglesoft Product or to recover/reset lost keys or passwords or process a refund. :(
