Which card/driver you using?
March 26, 201016 yr Couple of ideas:1). Is UAC still on, or did you turn it off? It needs to be off. 2). Did you uninstall FSX through the Control Panel first, and then did you delete the FSX folder completely, and then did you rename or delete the fsx.cfg in your C:\users\(name)\Appdata\roaming\microsoft\fsx\.? 3). Did you run a registry cleaner and then a reboot after you did all the above?Doing all of the above will give you the right conditions for a "clean" install. :( i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.

March 27, 201016 yr well I got Fsx Gold edition so I acceleration pack. and that addon includes Sp1 and Sp2? so i believe yes.BeasteyeOne thing to check is which video driver you have installed, Win7 installs a "generic" driver (that gives the type of issues that you are reporting) and you have to manually install the latest Catalyst/nvidia driver that you can find or that has been recommended. Go to the device manager on your system, Display adapters and under your card properties check the driver version - make sure that it is an up to date driver that you have installed yourself and not installed automatically by Win7.Good luck :( PeterH

March 27, 201016 yr UAC is user account control, it pops up all the time warning you and urging you to reconcider almost every mouse click. It can be reduced and even turned off. "I´ll rather be down here wishing I was up there than be up there wishing I was down here"

Do a search and make sure you have the latest x86 and x64 versions installed (run windows update and it should tell you whether or not everything is installed). You can also do a search for the Microsoft 2005 Redistributable and download the latest. These are software programs that make sure old programs like FSX are properly installed. Your gauges were not properly installed in the proper folders so, when FSX "calls" for those gauges, FSX can't find them where they are suppose to be. If you had a virus protector program running while you were installing FSX, that might have messed up the installation too but I doubt it as modern virus programs have been modified to protect against this happening but it IS a possibility. You do not need a virus protection program running while installing a known software product like FSX. Also, when you uninstall and reinstall FSX, make sure all remnants of FSX are removed before reinstalling. I thought the Gold Edition had one of the Redistributable's on it and installed it first to assist in installation but guess I'm wrong. Hope this fixes your problem.Jim
