Hello Mauricio,It is a good idea to develop a 2D panel. With my computer, using a 2D panel improve the frame rate. I will look periodicaly at this work in progress. Thank you for making it.Have a good dayBenoit

Thanks guys, working on it!I'm tottaly newbie concerning FS panel edits, so it is a learning process for me. I've some knowledge in textures/image but that's all.Just to clarify that this 2D panel feats normal 4:3 screen resolution only. I don't know how this will look at wide-screen.

For what it is worth, the Corenado V35 2d panel works fine in the F33.Happy flying:RTH

Ray:I have no idea what your credentials are, but wonder if you gave any thought to your reply. I hope not. The V35 may an old bird, with an old panel, but I have customized it to my liking with a number of addons which I hate to loose as they are not possible in the GREAT VC panel of the execellent F33. This gives an option to switch for a few moments in order to retain 2d addons that are not possible in the VC panel. I did say, "for what it is worth", and obviously it is worth less than nothing to you which is perfectly alright. I never dreamed my comment would provoke such a reaction though.Sorry if I offended you. Thanks loads for your efforts Preto! I look forward to seeing your contribution. Keep us posted.Respectfully:RTH

Respectfully RTH, I don't know that I have any credentials for comments but I can tell you that I think it is quite interesting that the 2d panels work in the fsx model. I have no earthly idea how my comment was taken as anything but positive. I don't have any previous versions of the Carenado V35 because I started with FSX. I do however, have the FSX FSD V35 that was released about a month prior to the Carenado F33a. I bought them both on their first day available. I also have a freeware version of the P35 v-tail that is one of my favorites. The developer only built it as a VC and I spent many hours learning how to use FS Panel Studio making various Popups to use because it didn't have a 2d panel. You must have just mis-read my short comment. I sure didn't mean anything negative at all. If you look back at the older posts, you will see that I am one of the original Bonanza fans and I love them all. I have been building popups for most of the planes I have which is in effect a small 2d panel.Try reading my comment with a postive bias. I was surprised that it worked. Nothing more, nothing less.RayM

Nuff said Ray:You are correct, I misread your comment as being negative, not positive. I am thrilled to know I was wrong. Forgive an old man's perception.I know that there are a world of comments regarding the inability of FS9 models, particularly very old ones to work acceptably in FSX. To me personally, they have been few and far between, both freeware and payware. Some of those imported into my FSX hanger are the Myers 200D, Aeroworx Super King Air B200, Briefing Time DC3s and B25J, Corenado V35b, Bill Lyons J3 Cubs, DeHavilland Beaver Amphibs, DHC2 FOPA Turbo Beaver, F1 Cessna 421, Maule4 M7, Meljet 747's, Navion, Lockheed LO49 Constellation, Howard 500, Beechcraft D18, Twin Bonanza, PSS/IFDG Airbus family, PMDG B1900D, Tupolev Tu-114, and the Version 1 Eaglesoft Citation X (Works better in FSX than it does in FS9). A couple I cherish regettably have panels that are another animal though as they will not work in FSX, specifically the Gulfstream V and Dassault Falcon 50. I use a lesser third party panel for the G5, and a modified Learjet panel for the Falcon. There are a few that will not work, but there are many that will.Again, sorry for the confusion and I hope you have a pleasant and good evening (or whatever time it is in your part of the world).RTH

RTH,Out of your list above, I only have the Navion (which is a really great freeware plane) and the Howard 500. I think I installed some of the others, maybe the Maule, but the fsx Maule had a much sharper panel and gauges that I gave it up. I think I may have the Gulfstream also.I am on the Gulf Coast in Biloxi, MS. The new Oil Spill Capital of the World. I do most of my flying in the Pacific Northwest with the Ftx Orbx PNW scenery. My two most recent favorites from Carenado are the 185F and F33a. This week I am learning how to fly the CS C-130. I picked up the fsx Pro Pack last December during a one day sale for almost nothing - 17 models and loads of fun. Everything I have learned so far comes from FS9 online stuff.Glad we are friends. :( RayM
