Real World weather downloads

Featured Replies

Am I the only one having issues with real world weather download. it is not downloading the complete weather. Areas where storms are suppose to be there are clear skies.

I'm having issues too. I keep getting the same weather over and over for several days now. Anyone know what's up?

Same here! Flying to Sydney yesterday, should have been heavyrain, but was mostly blue! Maybe the server is not updatingsome areas! Usually quite good for me.Peter Sydney Australia

Or wait until MS fixes things! I know of a least one person who put in a call to MS.

Thanks guys. I didn't know about the 3rd party add-on (ASE). That looks neat I may check that out.

I got ASE last night. It is way better and accurate. I'm getting different data from FSX's native Real World Weather system, but it's still not close to being accurate or up-to-date.This ASE thing is cool. Lightning is neat... and I may have been hallucinating, but I think I saw a bird pass me. That was neat. Thanks for pointing me toward the good stuff. This is the 2nd best upgrade since Track IR. :)

I have been getting extremely high temps. It was 52C at one airport, and the real world temp was 17C. This has been happening quite a few times at different airports in the past week.Bill
