P.S. There will not be a Voice Commander for the MD11... if you like the Level-D version, the next best thing is the Voice Commander for the PMDG Jetstream.

I ran into a similar issue only once where the MID Cabin call button would keep ringing, and I think it was because I told the FO to turn on the seatbelts at TOD as opposed to passing 18000'. Sometime during the descent the calls stopped and the FA came on and asked if the seatbelts were for turbulence or decompression. Havent called for seatbelts at TOD since, and have never seen that problem again.
