There actually is an official one but it hasn't been published yet as its part of the new website
Any publishing date yet in the works or did I miss somethng? :(

I didn't mean to offend anyone with the when it's done remark, only to bring a chuckle to the people reading it while stating something that I thought would be obvious. Besides, that is a common answer in software development communities, it usually means that it's not going to be rushed out the door in a broken state. I thought I would try to imply that here.
