What is the difference between REX and REX Overdrive?

Here's an example of a REX sunrise.-2010-nov-14-005.jpg
Mate, that looks stunning! Can you give us your REX settings and addons etc. Like what you use for clouds, water etc in REX. Is this just REX's work or have you also got something else to make it like this :(.Beautiful, just beautiful...

Thank you. That shot was taken just outside of Las Vegas. My Rex sky settings are:SKYSunrise: African DawnDaytime; AbsoluteSunset: Alluring CloudsCumulus set 01Cirrus set 01As well as Rex does clouds and sky, I have never been happy with the way it makes the water look in FS9. I use Zinertek Ultimate Water Advanced.

Like many others, I recommend REX. It has enhanced the skies for me to such an extent that I have a hard time not making screenshots during dusk or dawn. here are some shots of my KBOS-EHAM: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=166950056661462&set=a.166950023328132.31281.100000394056705I have heard about Zintertek's ultimate water, but never took the plunge (sorry for the pun). Should I get it anyway? Specifically, what makes it better than REX?

Tim, I can't wait! There's going to be a lot of visual fun with it. :(

Benjamin, While the water colors are fine with REX, depending on the wave motion you select, you get this pulsating water that drives me crazy. I guess it's a limitation of FS9. If I use a setting like "Calm Lake" it still doesn't look right. Zinertek just seems to have a more natural look. I'll have to experiment more with REX to see if I can find something comparable.
