Seems to be that you were asked for an order number, you refused to provide it and you were banned on suspicion of using pirated software. If your software is legal you have every right to support since you paid good money for it...simply provide your ORDER NUMBER as requested which can clearly be found in the email receipt that you got if / when you purchased the software. If on the other hand you don't have an order number you should explain why (maybe you got it as a gift, your computer crashed erasing all of your email, you were kidnapped by aliens and the probing they did to you erased it from your memory). Of course if the reason that you don't have an order number is because you didn't order it, then you get no support and it serves you right that you got banned.
