February 6, 201115 yr Commercial Member Version 1.2 is getting some new features...Something I just added today..."Cold Weather Procedures"...Basically if the taxiway if full of junk, you taxi to the runway with the flaps up... and you set the TO flaps before takeoff.FS2Crew models this. After landing, same type of scenario, you only bring the flaps up to 15, and then bring them up after the engineer has had a chance to inspect the flap tracks.1.2 will likely come out right after iFly releases their FSX version.1.2 will be a 'free' upgrade.Best, B. February 6, 201115 yr Author Commercial Member Thanks for the improvement!!1.2 does some other neat tricks, too :( I'm basically reaching the point where there's really nothing 'new' that I can add to the sim.Only thing left that I can think of is maybe a simulated de-icing station... there are some procedures involved with that.Cheers, B. February 6, 201115 yr Bryan,Sounds great. Looking forward to it. FS2CREW really improves the immersion factor.Best regards,Henri
February 7, 201115 yr Thanks for those updates. Is there any possibility to add a boarding music function to the gauge, I would like it to be incorporated. I know it's not something normally heard from the cockpit but it's good fun, it could have a seperate volume knob, like the cabin announcements which you wouldn't normally hear from the cockpit either.

February 7, 201115 yr I'll consider it.Cheers,That would be awesome. Particularly if the crew Pa's interrupt the music and then after the PA the music continues where it left off.Have you considered extra voice sets? Perhaps they could be offered for an extra cost. An Aussie crew would be nice, and perhaps one asian sounding crew. I know it's a lot of work, hence I'd be willing to pay.D

I live for the day when text-to-voice sounds 100 percent human... but that's a long ways off I think... B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord

February 13, 201115 yr Hi Bryan, could you consider adding some sounds from the f/o during the flight (papers moving, f/o coughing or just mooving....) just to feel that the f/o is really there during the cruise fase. FS2Crew now models "De-icing" procedures (at the pad or at the gate).Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
