I've seen the QW 757 in pics and videos but haven't been able to try it out for myself. Anyone else have it? Enjoy/Recommend it?ThanksPaul.

Not recommend for hard core simmers :( Since I've read through comments, I can see that most people aren't satisfied because of the "simplified system".

Shame QW can't demonstrate a cockpit sound. I installed (Emil Serafinos I thnik) on the PSS 757 and love it.Daniel
How so? Your logic is flawed because I am the QW sound developer. If you prefer using an older, inferior freeware work of mine then that's a shame. The internal sounds on the PW and RR were designed as a hybrid between the flightdeck and first class cabin point of view, leaning towards flightdeck though.

I have to disagree with you sir. You do not speak for all simmers, we have a wide variety of users that enjoy using our product, and many of them are the "hardcore" and simulation junkies. There is a misconception about our product that I think is unfair. Just because various systems are simplified doesn't mean they don't work or don't have any logic behind them. We simulated ALL of the major "systems" on the 757... we just automated some areas to make them easier to use. The logic is still there, just some of the work is done for you. Our Autopilot on the otherhand is not simplified by any means. It is capable of fully automated flight, and all advanced functions found on much more expensive offerings are simulated on our 757. The QW 757 offers an enormous amount of flexibility from pilots standpoint.

I think I made it not clearly enough. Most of the complaints from simmers that I've read are just only because something that QW "doesn't support" to their 757,such as "lots of animations" or "fully functioning FMS". From my point of view, QW did their best to the features of the QW757.This is just what major simmers expect, not QW faults :( I don't blame anything on QW. As I always say, we can't please everybody.

If QW did the works to this bird I would be all over it. If it is only lacking a few things why not add them? I would love to see that and would buy it in a heart beat.

I fly in the cockpit not outside!
Me too and 100% agree. SOmeone mentioned making an aircraft with no exterior model and focus only on the VC, with no exterior model it was wondered how much it would save on frame rates.
