February 14, 201115 yr Hi: I need a quick piece of info...What are the symptoms of an overloaded video card vs an overheated card? My FSX application will run for about 15 minutes and then the screen will freeze and a stuttering audio sound will start...There is no way out...I have to shut down the computer with the power switch...Control-Alt-Del will not work...After I shut it down, I hear a very loud fan noise until the computer starts to reboot...How can i diagnose this problem? Thanks a lot,SteveIf it is a nvidia card, nvidia inspector will tell you GPU temperature as well as fan speed. Bert

February 24, 201115 yr I had something similar happening to me way back, turned out the PSU was full of dust. Cleaning it solved it completely. Fabrizio Sassi
