Costas, I think you should consider adding Westman's 3770 run to the spread sheet - even though it is a duplicate. I know it gave me a good feeling to see more than one gen 3 working well for FSX.

I'lll be adding runs at 4.8GHz and above now that I've gone full water. Initial temp results in the main Ivy thread. Sneak preview: they're good, really good. 5GHz seems within reach, maybe more.

As you know the H100 have problem with high voltage on IB.

I remember a have a small Waterchiller made back in 2004

it was made for Intel P4 , it have no radiator i chill the

water to 10C .

Did a Testrun @5.0 the mems ar not twekad yet, but the small

one handle the heat better.

After little struggeling to get the rams working , its little problem with the mem controller.

All settings by the book

Hardware the same great Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H MoBo as good or better than ASUS Asrock Z77 boards.

 

Here Adia64 over 5.0 and 5.09 runs

Now is time for Dazz GPUMark the missing link to get decent performance in FSX,

i have a nice 4.99ghz 24/7 same ram speed as 5.1setup now cranking +54.4 avg.

Its needed for 5760x1080 3 monitor setup.

 

Her a screen over GPU usage FSMark11 and GPUMark you need both tests ^_^

Westman, excellent results provided they'll be stable. FSX may become finally quite playable with all the best add-ons.

Now way, i dont do it

The termistors ar for trottling and shut down the IB at Tj 105

Its only acurate close to that temp.

I was taking down the temp on IHS 15c the watertemp is 11C and on the

H100 i have 25- 30c watertemp

It most be common sense that à cant have à core temp less than 11C in idle

But the readings is 0C on lowest and 2C on higest core.

I'm missing a part of your explanation. How are you getting such low temps? How are you hitting 5.1GHz on a meager H100?

I'm having a little problem doing the Benchmark.... it seems *******'s website is down since some time and I don't know if theres some other place to get the .cfg tweeked...

You can load it just as same in p3d and run it. Need to copy 737 though from fsx, don't forget the gauges, sounds, effects if any... I know i ran it back when p3d came out.
