As far as I know the bug your talking is probably the oscillation making the plane go left then right and again on the course. But I believe this is due to the weather tools that changes winds abruptly, and not from the plane which autopilot behave accordingly to winds information it has. So if the winds are set wrong, you get troubles.I think that is one of the little thing nothing can really be done about, though suppressing winds gusts and turbulence during flight is solving this issue for me. I just activate it on take off and landing so that they are challenging as requested, but do not alter the automatic section of the flight.

I just use FSUIPC to surpress the sudden wind changes and gusts and it works to fix that issue for every a/c I fly. I was hesitant to spend the $40 or whatever it costs, but in the end it ended up being worth it even though I dont use any of FSUIPCs other functions. I use it with ASE and also with the default FSX weather.Sean Campbell

As Aurelien said, PMDG can't do anything to fix this issue. It is caused by the abrupt change in winds. The differences between each update are very little, but Active Sky updates the wheather in such a way that sensitive aircrafts like PMDG's have problems to deal with those fast changes. I bought FSUIPC, but if you don't want to spend 24 Euros in it, you can suppress turbulence through FS. It's not realistic anyway.

Hmmm, interesting!!!I am not usually one to speculate, but now I am wondering if you guys (HiFi) and PMDG are working together on something special. Maybe one of those secret projects we heard about.Sean Campbell

I noticed that when I accessed the menus, the airplane would do s-turns. But when I never touched them, everything ran fine.

No, we can nip that one in the bud real quick! :(

Mine?If so, that's why I never speculate on FS matter. The community has proven that speculation more often than not, is wrong :LMAO:Sean Campebll
