not that i couldnt.. rather i didnt realise it. When you pointed it out.. i looked up to see it wasnt included in any of the paints.Doesnt help that POSKY's library is a mess with so many SP's and updates put up.. but there's no pointers for whats where exactly and whats the latest version. Please dont mistake me for a noob.. if thats what you think

I do not think of anyone on avsim as a noob. The fact that you are here usually means you want to know more than the average simmer.Fortunately or unfortunately flightsimming gets more and more complex .... a far cry from the early days when it was so much easier to make a quick paint then jump in and fly.A certain amount of the "fun" of flightsimming has gone ... never to return.I feel really sorry for anyone trying to develop an airbus simulation. The POSKY XML for animation gauges have nothing to do with the paints so I would not expect to find them there.The real beauty of the POSKY XML gauges is that one can tweak them (if you know how) to your desire. (you could not if they were imbedded in the model.... like 3D XML gauges or example)But I do admit the POSKY updates are a bit tricky. :(

^^ i meant it wasnt included in the paints i downloaded from Tom's server.. he apparently didnt have the correct panel settings/xml gauges in his packages. Thats what i meant when i said it wasnt included in his paints!nevertheless i get what you mean. it's probably easier for a thorough programmer to make the transition to creating custom gauges or tweaking existing ones like yourself (my opinion based on limited knowledge of xml)
