Routes from Cairo Egypt?

Featured Replies

I'm planning for my next flight to fly either, my CS 762, or 3, or the 747X out of Cairo, and was wondering the best way of looking for real world routes out of Cairo?

This would depend on how far you want to fly. Some rw routes and destinations can be seen here. http://de.flightawar...ve/airport/HECAIf you click on the flight numbers, you'll see some details, but the routing itself might be unavailable. So you could build a route with Routefinder then, just by entering the two airports and clicking "find route" then. http://rfinder.asalink.net/free/Egyptair uses a 777 to Riad for example.HECA DCT MENLI A791 NWB W733 METSA UB411 ASH G662 KIA DCT OERKFor scenery, check the Avsim library for the airport (and surrounding) and maybe consider the new GEX Africa/ME package too (here's the -20% Coupon). Nice flights! :(

Here's another link below for you to try as well.I dont know how "real" these flight plans are as far as if they are the same as what an airline would use, none the less, the link provided has 59 departures destinations for Cairo HECA. Just click on the ICAO code on the right side next to the airport you want to visit from HECA and it will display the flight plan. Here's the link: http://www.vatroute.net/web_showfp.php?dep=HECA

And a lot of people (me included) find VRoute to be very useful. It's available as a free basic download or a payware enhanced version. I use the free version and find it extremely useful and accurate (when comparing its computed routes against real-world routes from FlightAware).http://www.vroute.netBrian
