BBJ paint?

Featured Replies

Will anyone be making a BBJ-style paint for this thing? I realize there are actually BBJ variants but all of my NGX flying will be general aviation N number style.

My favorite BBJ paint is VP-BBW. If someone did this paint, I would be very appreciative. Look up the reg on a.net and you'll find a lot of pics. Note that I'm referring to its most recent paint job, the one with black and grey. Here's a pic: 35795_1261845447.jpg37611_1248171658.jpg13269_1233784503.jpg31060_1233784384.jpg

Wow that plane is sporting a lot of chrome or polished metal trimmings. The trim makes this plane look sporty

I think that's one awesome paint job and I would definitely add it to my collection, but my favorite BBJ paint job has to be VP-BRT. The detailing is extremely intricate and ornate. I would definitely love to see this on the NGX. Praying.gif83991_1238004928.jpg29102_1237124139.jpg69658_1300004749.jpg

Hi guys,i will be attempting a special BBJ livery, it's one I did for another recently released 737NG.With regards to the second BBJ paint job, the Russian Standard, it will all depend on how PMDG setup thier paintkits. the problem with this one is the pattern on the plane itself. if you look carefully, it's all over, on the fuselage, engines, wings, etc. It's going to be very difficult to do properly, if it can be done in the first place.Regards

haha, the VP-BBW reminds of the boeing house colours alot.

Well, someone managed to do a pretty good VP-BRT for the old FS9 NG so I'd think it'll be doable for the NGX :) I hadn't seen BBW before, I do like that. I think for my BBJ I'd have something like that but with some blue.. (wishful thinking) biggrin.gif Another nice looking one IMO is N737MN737M.JPG

Steve,N737M is exactly the BBJ2 livery I've been hoping someone would make.

That last one looks like a modification of UAL's last livery...
Yeah, that's what I thought too.

Me too, the first time I saw it in person I thought UAL had got lost (no airline service at my airport) laugh.gif

Love to see the RAAF BBJ (A36-001) as a repaint for the upcoming NGX.

I knew this one looked familiar - it's definitely been to Duluth before to clear customs... we get a lot of odd ball planes from overseas.
