Download on one comp, install on another?

Featured Replies

Morning guys and dolls!Im having trouble with the internet at my end in terms of download speeds for some reason. Would it therefore be possible to download the 737 at work on my laptop, put it onto a memory stick and then install on the FSX rig when I get home? Should be ok for the online activation, just like I say my download speeds are pants at the moment for some reasonAll the bestRichard Wheatley

It doesn't matter which PC will be used to download, but application can be installed and activated only on one machine.

I do the same thing all the time. Download my addons on my internet computer to a flash drive or portable, then transfer them to my FSX rig. No problems doing it.A lot of times I install FSX addons to my internet computer as well, usually to a fake FSX folder just to see what it installs and where. Typically I only do it for addon manufactures I dont trust as much as ones like FSDT or FlyTampa.Sean Campbell

Sounds like the jobs a good 'en then! :( Thanks for your timeRichard Wheatley

I think the EULA allows you to install on two computers but you can only use one at a time.
