Are you running FSX in windowed mode?

What's your hardware config? Did you follow all of the recommendations in the introduction?

yes, I have dual monitor, and I tend to run FSX in windowed mode so I can make good use for both windows. + with *******'s tweak, I find running windowed get about 5-10frames more. Does that pose a problem?

I've followed what I can see. Not sure if I missed anything. But the recommended settings, yes, I've followed it rather closely (though no exactly, mainly in-app settings, as I believe I can get better frames with lower visual settings).Though I wasn't sure whether I should use "HIMEMFIX" or "HIGHMEMFIX"? I thought what it had on the intro might have been a typo?

I had the bufferpools, but don't think I have any shader ones, the only shader ones I had were: ALLOW_SHADER_30=1SHADER_CACHE_PRIMED_10=1693458432SHADER_CACHE_PRIMED=1693458432 Are these the shaders you were talking about?Ok, I've just tried it, but still doesn't work...

I was having a similar problem, aircraft had almost no external texture, and the Virtual Cockpit was messed up. Then I uninstalled everything, and after a fresh FSX+ACC+NGX everything is fine now. Maybe it's an incompatibility with other addons? Also, when you add the lines to FSX.cfg, check if each line isn't already there. I wasn't checking the first time, so I'm not sure if it's part of the problem.

I don't want to go to that step of reinstalling all again, it's very very painful as I'm sure you'd imagine. But if it must get to that, I guess I'll need to do it. But I'm pretty sure its not the doubling of the lines, because I checked before I did anything. Thanks for the comment. I will try to remove other addons one by one to see how it goes, but if anyone has other thoughts, please let me know. Thanks for all the ideas guys, much appreciated.

I've just did a fresh install, reg clean and defrag my FS partition. Reinstalled, applied SP1 + SP2 and NGX and that's it, literally nothing else. In the aircraft.cfg I've added HIGHMEMFIX=1 and TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=4096, and changed it from full screen to windowed. The problem is still here, and now when the aircraft went into that skeletal mode, the whole screen is really slow, as in refreshes once every few seconds. Can some devs or beta testers give me some help please?

I kindly asked someone to test it out. And the result was exactly the same, leaving it for a while, it turned into what was displayed in my picture.

I think it looks fine. May I invite all to try to see if you get the issue I have experienced? Just load up the start-screen, select the aircraft (NGX) but DONT PRESS fly now, let it sit for few minutes (5-10min) see if you get what I got. Thanks.

Well, I experienced exactly the same issue yesterday. This skeleton was present in "Free Flight" menu and later in the game. Moreover it was visible immediately after 737NGX loading. Today I set HIGHMEMFIX=1 and 4096 value into my fsx.cfg file and this bug disappeared. My system specs: CPU C2D, 4 GB RAM, 512 MB VRAM, Vista 32-bit. OK now I loaded FSX and 737 NGX into Free Flight menu. Aircraft looks fine at this moment. However I am not sure if this product should not be labeled as 64-bit only... I must add I had a bit similar things with LDS 767. If it was present in "Free Flight" too long or after flights entire livery disappeared. Also virtual memory error seldom occurs and FSX crashes immediately after that.
