August 7, 201114 yr It's already been stated numerous times that there are only so many animations available in the FSX coding.The NGX already used them all up and there wasn't room for the rain effect. AJ Pongress

August 7, 201114 yr I have no complaints either, and I've taken her to some of the most Frame eating hogs of sceneries with 80-100% AI with nary a stutter. Compared to other NG renditions, which don't have half the detail that the NGX has, she is butter smooth, a testimony to PMDG's optimization skills. A.J. Domingo

Yeah absolutely false...you should check your pc, something must be wrong, I have about the same performance with the NGX as with the MD-11. Oliver Donner
