VC rain effects?

I read there are no rain effects in the VC, is this true? I figured this would be in there taking into account the J41 has them and the level of detail for the NGX. -Shane Srenaski

It's already been stated numerous times that there are only so many animations available in the FSX coding.The NGX already used them all up and there wasn't room for the rain effect.

rain means less FPS , it's already bad I don't think they want to make it worse. Thats why we never heard from any beta tester before release about NGX performance.

Rubbish. The NGX performs as well as if not better than the MD.

I have no complaints either, and I've taken her to some of the most Frame eating hogs of sceneries with 80-100% AI with nary a stutter. Compared to other NG renditions, which don't have half the detail that the NGX has, she is butter smooth, a testimony to PMDG's optimization skills.

As I am discovering more of the unbelievable detail witch is present in this masterpiece, I bow my head to the devs for achieving the FPS the plane offers comparing it to my other addons (MD-11 included). Jos DenisEBBR

Yeah absolutely false...you should check your pc, something must be wrong, I have about the same performance with the NGX as with the MD-11.

The NGX has for me much better than their JS4100 which is not so good like the NGX ;)
