Changing Winglets/no winglets?

Quick Question, Is there a way to simply chose between aircraft with winglets and without, Basically I want to simulate the BA 737-800 fictional livery and put it without winglets, then simulate the 737-400 route. Is there a simple way around it? Or could someone paint a BA livery similar to the 734 [black nose ring] All the best Alex

Nope. They're separate models ONLY... and OBVIOUSLY separate airfile...

Best regards, Fritz ESSONO

You can copy the texture folder from the WL model to the NON WL model and then copy the associated [fltsim] section of the aircraft cfg. From the WL version to the NON-WL version and then you are good to go. I already did it with the continental 800.

FAA: ATP-ME, 737 CA, enough time in the 757/767 to be dangerous 🤠

Actually I think it's the opposite, as every real world photo of the BA 737-800 that I've seen are non winglet models. The only photos I've seen with Winglets are from FS. Check out airliners.net.

Thanks

Alex, I posted a quick guide on how to get rid of the winglets in the BAV forum, 737 section a couple of nights ago.
