Forget PMDG and look around....Video card.....FSX settings.....others addons!! I believe if everybody do this we will find several diferent solutions.I am flying my original PMDG 737 NGX ( without hotfixes) with some little problems in scenary. I am adjsuting each one! It is ok!!

It is not ok. I dont have the time or energy to tell you what everyone in here has done already to try to fix it. Only solution will have to come from the devs.

I am not complaining at this time and am having very little issues with NGX notwithstanding the fact that at this time i have not installed any hotfixes, But i have to respectfully disagree with you. I have the MD-11 which is supposed to be somewhere close to NGX as far as system demand is concerned and it kick's &@($*. Not saying i'm struggling with a not half bad spec., but i have still had to make a few more compromises. Having said that, even without compromise i wasn't crashing and freezing every flight. What i am attempting to say is, when i was pushing my luck with everything maxed, why didn,t i crash? There is more going on here than people not knowing how to use a computer.Regards,

I understand your Opinion. Really in NGX there are some other issue that in my mind the dev are working to fix.Another point to be observed: The number of posts in this forum regarding 744, MD-11 and NGX! Although more recent, NGX topics (..and posts) already exceeds the number of post of the others Birds.

I believe..in this middle time try reduce the settings of your FSX, unisttal some addons....fly in another scenaries...or fly MD-11, another great addon from PMDG.

This is exactly my point and 10 days without a single statement from PMDG on thier progress in this regard is a bit long. Just because you are probably the best Dev. out there doesn't mean you can set all the rules. When it comes to disatisfied customers, you're no better than the next guy.Regards,

C`mon guys!.....I´m sure PMDG are working more than full time to solve this issue that some have.Fly another PMDG ac in the meantime. It will not get quicker asking for a fix every second hour. I have full confidence that PMDG will nail down most part of the freezing, but it must take some time. / Leffe

And just how much time is it supposed to take until the product I purchase almost 1 month ago is supposed to work correctly?This is also the first time I've even mentioned my product not working correctly since the hotfix."Every second hour?" Give me a break. And to the second quote, none of my other aircraft, including PMDG have a freezing issue.It's not my system, it's not my addons.It's PMDG"s product and THEY are the ones that have the responsibility of coming up with a solution, not me. Hey, it's great that you can fly your plane without a problem, but many of us can't.It is NOT ok. Just unbelievable how we ask for a fix to a product when we haven't heard anything on the bug's progress and people jump on us for that.Seriously, I'm tired of the extreme fanboism, if that's even a word.

I am also consistantly having the freeze problem. I have no other issues with FSX. All of my other payware aircraft work without issue... I really do hope they get this fixed soon, I love the aircraft but it is hard to fly when it freezes on most all flights. Mine seems to happen when I am working in the FMC. I have downloaded all hotfixes and even completely uninstalled and reinstalled with the current download. PMDG PLEASE HELP!!!!

YES PMDG now must find a solution fast or risk losing customers! we pay for a version that should work no beta

Lol...it's nice to see that many of the people complaining on this thread about the panel issues are the very same people that were whining at PMDG to release the aircraft complaining that they would "lose customers" and "not good enough on information"!! I do agree with the first part of what you say. Not withstanding the fact that PMDG has always stipulated that they will not release a product untill they are absolutely confident that it is up to thier standards. However as you pointed out, there was an unpresidented amount of pressure being put on them by the whiners which i think maybe caused them to buckle a little under the pressure. So i think probably PMDG has the right to say, I told you so.Having said that, there is one area that has always irritated me and that is the large pauses in communications that seems to ocurr.

I suspect that at the moment the large pauses are due to PMDG dealing with large numbers of support tickets. The vast majority of which will probably be bad FSX installations, faulty hardware and poorly configured O/S. Certain individuals on this board always appear to post negative comments, sometimes it surprises me that developers bother with the community.

I tend to agree with the other customers. With all the hype about this product, it would be nice to have a stable release. I'm sur PMDG is working hard at it but for someone who hates troubleshooting like me, it's very frustrating to pay for something that requires so much troubleshooting just to get working properly. I also agree that this is a very complex add-on but still.... We paid for a working product. My hobby is flying planes, not troubleshooting. Everything else (all other addons) work perfectly (and I have alot of addons). I have a very high end computer dedicated to flight simming and invested 3000$ in it to avoid all the tweeking and so forth. I have to admit I am a bit dissapointed so far. Not angry or anything like that but simply a bit dissapointed. I cant wait to fly this plane with no hick-ups just like my 767. Chris

Hi to All, I tried many different settings on FSX, reducing Textures,chenge on fsx.cfg no ASE, and everythings possible to do: But still Have Freeze after landing on Taxy out. I figured out that probabily the issue came from the CDU after resetting Route. Sorry for my bad english, this is my experience after many many days trying to find a solutions to. RegardsArnaldo

I just asked Ryan in another if they have found what is causing this issue and I will again in this thread.
