Hello Everyone,. I have installed the product, however, when i start it up i only get a bitmap of the panelbut nothing happens, meaning, nothing is clickable and the product is not working at all. i reinstalled everything again but nothing happened - it's the same. when i go to the PMDG product on the upper right corner of FSX, only "About us" appears. Please help? Thanks Danny

Does the aircraft do the 20 second initialization countdown at the start? Did you enter the activation code when first selecting the aircraft?

Are you starting FSX from the "New Flight" screen or are you loading a flight first? I had the same problem, no sign of the activation window. If you do an "end flight" to go back to the loading screen then select the NGX there you MAY see the activation window pop up !! Worked for me at least !! G

Another good rule that be good too weed out the pirate population is to put down your purchase code, as you have to do in the rex forum and orbox forum to get help

Not really needed. If someone is asking for support and you've signed your name, all Ryan etc have to do is run the surname through their database (like they would with the order code) and they'd know if someone has bought it or not
