ZIGGY4 into KONT. Good luck slowing down with the decent profile they give. Spoilers up, flaps down, gear down, hand out the window! Amazingly UPS flies this every day with MD-11's and 747's
I am with UPSVAC on VATSIM and I fly the 747-400 and MD-11s into KONT all the time. You get used to it after awhile. There is also an AFCAD upgrade for the airport on AVSIM. Is dated 2009 and relased by Kyle Cormier & Alpha India Group. But it is much easier to slow the 747-400 and MD-11 down than it is the 737. My recomendation for Scariest would be Toncontin. If you have the Scenery or FS Global. Don't bother if you have the Default FSX scenery without any Mesh cause under those circumstances is too flat and only some minor hills. Very unrealistic. But LatinVFR Scenery has an excellent Toncontin.

That one is challenging. I usually cross HITOP at 210 knots so I can go down without worrying to much about slowing down.
