Just done complete fresh instalation of fax using the suggestions and now will try first add on MD11. Hoping for fat to work before I install NGXMD11 runs perfectly! Now for NGX!

Hello,I suggest to put uiautomation.core (not the default one in system32) in fsx main folder. I have upgraded my system from Vista 32 to Windows 7 64 due to get rid of OOM errors. I applied only officially supported tweaks and recommendations including Bojote fsx.cfg tuning and nvidia parameters in general forum. After upgrade the only issue i have was the well known ctd due appears after several right click menu selections and it has immediately been solved after putting the old uiautomation.core in fsx main folder. If your issue is different than right click thing, all i can tell you just change your set up complying with introduction manual.Hope this helps, regards,Suavi Akar

Shannon I know somebody mentioned the UAC should be off, so I hope you have it like that.But also when d/l a new installer From PMDG, you should have your Antivirus off during d/l andwhen you run the installer. RUN BY RIGHT CLICK and run with ADM right. I Hope this will cure it!/ Leffe

when u re-installed the ngx did it ask u to activate ?if not than try to uninstall than delete the files in "C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet" than try to re-install and re-activate.

It did not ask for activation. I am trying 1 step at a time.UAC is offMD11 runs fine with sound etcOn E drive so I presume c programdata flexnet should be in E?IT starts for a few seconds with sound and than crashes.

Try Backing your sound quality down a little in the control panel. There was a post on here a few days ago, but I couldn't find the link. I was having the same issues as everyone else, and tried this approach. I have now been able to fly 4 4+ hour flights with the NGX and had no issues at all. I simply backed my sound quality down to 16bit 32000hz (FM radio quality). Still sounds great, and no more issues so far. Cheers, Gary Carlson

u need to set "view hidden files and folders" to see that folder in windows explorer. it should be in C: drive regardless of where u installed fsx.no panels is an activation issue.

What module crashes? Check your Event Viewer in Windows

did u delete that folder, re-installed, and re-activated and it still doesnt work ?
