A few things I noticed in the video and that I didn't see mentioned before: - you need to have the ignition set to Cont. during take-off and landing- you forgot to set the transponder mode before take-off (you corrected that mid-flight)- you usually would set the transponder to squawk an IFR code appropriate for the region you are flying in (or 2200 on VATSIM).- even though the end of the runway was coming uncomfortably closer you rotated to soon (about 30 knots before the calculated rotation speed (Vr)). I'm not sure if you would have reached Vr before the end of the runway, but you certainly would have gotten the aircraft into the air a bit better had you waited a few moments before rotating. By pulling back on the yoke so soon you created unnecessary drag and actually prolonged the take-off roll dangerously.- it was mentioned before, but you really need to follow the flap cues on the speedband to get properly configured in time. The VNAV mode will automatically lower the speed bug as you lower the flaps incrementally, which will also reduce your workload during the approach because you don't have to do it manually. So once you reach the "UP" cue lower Flaps 1, on "1" lower Flaps 2 and so forth. And don't forget to set the approach reference flaps/speed on the INIT REF page in the FMC before beginning your approach. Aaaand drop the landing gear about 10nm from the airport. Getting configured early will prevent you from coming in high and hot like you did in your video. ;)-arm the autospoilers during the approach so that they deploy automatically on touchdown/reverse thrust. That's one thing less to worry about during the actual landing.

hi jigsaw. Thanks for the info. for some reason, the spoilers automatically arm, even if I dont arm them, just by adding reverse thrust. I agree that video was not great, and I will be making another one following everyone here's recomnendations.
