September 27, 201114 yr Hi, well, I would like to know how to find fuel on board, cause im going to join VATSIM.in vatsim's resource center, they said there was a program to find it, does anybody know if it exists?help is always appriciated,Thanks,
September 27, 201114 yr I don't use VATSIM but believe the program is the Fuel and Payload button located on the Startup/Free Flight screen and, during flight, you can get the current info thru the Menu/Aircraft Tab. Best regards,Jim
September 27, 201114 yr This might seem like a wildly adventurous suggestion, but have you tried looking at the fuel gauge? Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
September 27, 201114 yr Press Shift + Z twice, and it will tell you in a percentage your fuel amount. You can also do what Al said. i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz, 16 GB DDR4-2400 MHz, GTX 1070 8GB
September 27, 201114 yr This might seem like a wildly adventurous suggestion, but have you tried looking at the fuel gauge? Al Yeah, that's what I would have thought... Any hint as to what plane you're flying? As you might have already expected, it depends on the plane where the fuel gauge is situated. As you might have already expected, it depends on the plane where the fuel gauge is situated. In the OP's signature, he lists several payware aircraft. Does VATSIM really require this info? No wonder I don't use it (although I've heard it's a great experience). Best regards,Jim
September 28, 201114 yr Fuel on board refers to the time or endurance. So take gallons on board/fuel burn per hour and you have your fuel on board in hours and minutes. Tom "I just wanna tell you both: good luck. We're all counting on you."
September 28, 201114 yr Firehawk44, please man, your missing out. Sing up in the vatsim homepage, get your ID and password, download sqawkbox4 (or fsinn, but to me is a big pain in the but, looks good but not user friendly), and listen and read. You well love it, if you got a passion for flying like I do or trying to learn to fly.I got almost 4000 hours logged in to vatsim. The first time I logged in through sqawkbox and heard the professionalism and realism I fell in love and Im sure a few other people well say the same.So your missing out bud, just do it, its all free. And dont worry about fuel just listen, read, and learn your airplane. best to yaLarry (N798LJ)

October 5, 201114 yr Author Hi,Bad timing on my part (didn't check this thread for a week!) but I'll probably fly the 738/744/752 from the respective developers in my signature, but is there an equation, or is it just presented on a screen like almost everything other piece of information in a modern airliner?EDIT: just saw Toms post, and thats exactly what I needed, I take it you just figure out fuel burn per hour with an estimate? Thanks and sorry for the thread revival,
