Really anoyed with 737ngx

Ehm, no I don't. I don't use aerosoft. The only Add-on currently in use is PMDG 737ngx.
Oh sorry m8ty i thought you was refering to the rotterdam addon my appoligies. just bare with me im going to get a freq for you what freq do you currently use. The reason i ask is because in that area there is another airport that has a very simular if not he same freqILS frequency is 111.9 - should be 110.9 MHz there you go m8 try that ...

I finally got the fatal error fixed, but now I'm stuck with: Main panel freezes, yet buttons still work3D Virtual cockpit buttons don't work, yet changes made on MCP main panel are visible.LNAV most of the time not available.FD lateral bar: most of the time exactly in the middle, no matter how much off course you are.F/O radio panel not availabe (only in 3D) (yet the makers thought that having both the left and right CDU available is much better Worried.gif)Unreadable menus most of the time.Navaid txt contains both the ILSs of EHRD with correct ident and freq (yeah I fly in holland) yet setting the frequencies does nothing (no Identification <morse or on screen> and thus I still haven't flown an ILS there) Also, is there a cold and dark option? I'm starting to get annoyed too.... but I want to learn how to correct, if possible, these problems! IMHO, yes PMDG has its faults (got some myself) and there are times when i felt they could have comunicated a bit better, but the bottom line is compared to other developers they hold their own with the best. I am not trying to be the president of PMDG fan club, but nobody that knows at least something about computers and simming can honestly dissagree that this product is light years ahead of any other sim product out there and there's not a piece of software out there that dosen't need some fine tuning at the very least, after first release.For crying out loud, i'm still flying with not one Hotfix waiting for SP1 (my choice) and hardly a problem of any major significance and i'm not the brightest bulb on the tree either. Anybody who posts here that this product is as implied by some posts here are just not credible.Just my two cents.

Hi, It is a shame that you want a refund for what is and will continue to be an amazing product. Why is it you want a refund? If it is technical problems and you've followed a number of guides/and/or you don't have time to invest into setting things up, that's completely understandable. If on the other hand it's because you bought a super advanced airline simulation expecting it to be easy, then I doubt you'll get much help. I bought the Jetstream from PMDG 6 months ago when I was having problems with FSX, and it wouldn't work. I admitted that it was FSX's fault and not the PMDG product, but they refunded me anyway because...Well...They just seem to be nice guys! My advice, if you genuinly want a refund for a real issue (laziness and not being willing to learn do not count in my opinion!) then just email support and explain your situation. Moaning on their forums is certainly not going to help - I often find you get the best out of people if you treat them with respect, no doubt that applies to the PMDG staff too! Best of luck
