Have you filled in the PERF INIT page, making sure that there are lines with boxes in them?

You have 11 pages for the route, where ya going to, the moon? :-) Did you make sure there were no discontinuties on any of the pages?

Also, the speeds and altitudes won't show up until the IRS is completely aligned and fed with referene coordinates.

Well, if you define the airways on the Route page every single waypoint of an airway will show up on the Legs page. That way it can get pretty crowded in there.
