October 23, 201114 yr AFAIK, there are external issues that have delayed the development of the UTX product line. I look forward to a time when work may resume. I think the Caribbean area would be a nice area developed in a greater South America product. Only time will tell...

By the way, OpenVFR has road and water stuff, much like UTX, for the carribean. You might want to check it out.
