November 5, 201114 yr From the nose to the first passenger window after the entry door (section 41) all Ngs are the same, from 600 to 900.The wing box section (the one above the wings) have the same lenght on all models but different overwing exits (section 43).Same for tail (section 47 and 48)Between nose section and wing section, and between wing section to tail section (tail section starts 2 windows BEFORE aft entry door) there are the difference between the various series. Shorter or longer added fuselage sections will determine wich model it will be.Other differences are present, but not too much.thx Andrea,so if i buy the expansion 600-700 i wont see differences inside the virtual cockpit? and same is for the ER version?
November 5, 201114 yr There is a difference in the air cond. panel as the shorter planes have a different air conditioning system. But, except for that, they are the same.Differences are also in the flight dynamics, in fmc speeds, limits and so on.Different engine ratings.Except for that, they re the same. November 5, 201114 yr that is why I did not buy it, just b/c of "I may be wrong but this new NGX version makes me feel I've just purchased new NGX liveries"I feel the same as you do.I am happy with my 800 and I only do short flights. and in the real world that fly as a passenger all the time (South-East Asia) all their short flights are done either by an Airbus 32x or 737-800.so for me 737-800 is for shorter flights.if you weant longer flights, then use the 747, etc.Well, I bought the 600/700 just for the easyJet livery!
