How many times have these same allegations been made? One of these post shows up 2-3 times a year. The evidence is not having the product. Two years ago I decided to go against all of the warnings in this forum and purchase the -700 package. I never received the product (2 1/2 weeks) but my account showed the withdrawal. Luckily my bank decided I didn't have the product either, and I got my money back.The criminal behavior you have apparently missed has been a recurring theme with Ariane's management.

Nope. But they were reported to Visa. How many transactions have to go "wrong" before a community can consider it criminal? Not to mention the crummy, rude email I received from Ariane only after having cancelled payment.

Visa aren't the police.Criminal has a specific meaning. What the community considers is irrelevant: as are "crummy emails".

It's always a good idea to purchase anything online with a credit card and not a debit card, so you're protected by the regulations in place with your respective credit card agency. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover definitely have protection in place for consumers.
