Andreu,I have Anchorage X. It's a huge file. A lot of things going on at that airport. Trains, traffic, etc. It's my favorite airport. Almost don't want to depart.

Don't even get me started on Aerosoft... I've had a terrible experience with them. I'll never pay for anything from them again.Joshua Smith

Since you ask :(.... In June I bought Airbus X. Total P.O.S. I mean the visual simulation is nice, but its a buggy piece of software, it crashes the first time I load and airplane and every time I end a flight with the Airbus X. I've been emailing their goofy support people and havent heard anything except in the forums that there is an error with V1.20 and that V1.22 has fixed many of those problems. But since I bought it at SimFlight, it's not automatically registered with Aerosoft. I tried providing the serial number and email address that I used to buy it and it keeps telling me they are invalid. I again went to the support forum for help and was treated like an idiot. The forum manager acted as if I were stupid and told me to go to the first step to registering, after I had explained in my post that I've done that already. Then 2 peanut gallery people decided they'd jump in a basically say I'm the person with the lack of knowledge and that I shouldn't pirate software, and instead buy legitimately. In short, I was trying to get help and got harrassed and insulted and in the end I am not able to get V1.22 right now because their website won't let me register my software to get the updates. I've looked on the internet and found a pirated version 1.22, but God only knows what nasty viruses come with it.After 6 months, I realized that Aerosoft is waste of time... They're obviously not capable of delivering anything close to PMDG!!!! God Bless Capt. Robert and his team! :( Long live PMDG!

Yikes,Yeah, I really don't mind if software has a problem initially, but you had better provide me with support if I have a problem, or I'm done with you. Will definitely keep an extra eye on Aerosoft. I had almost decided to start buying some of their European Mega Airports X scenery, but I think I'll wait a little now. Thanks for sharing. If there was a lot more of that on the forums, I'll bet some of the developers would improve their support system. Sounds like a good idea for a website ... Yeah, Aerosoft would definitely top that list. That's what I like about PMDG... their support is outstanding. I wasn't having any problems with my NGX from installation thru all the updates, but then I did have a problem with my fsx.dll file and they fixed it within 2 days! Then they are always making updates to the NGX to keep improving it and making modifications. I will always buy from companies like PMDG. If you sell me something and it doesn't work as promised, you either fix it or give me money back... Aparently, Aerosoft is willing to do neither, so they'll not get another penny from me.Joshua Smith

Calm down folks...! It's the first time I hear badly about Aerosoft...! I have the major European airports of Aerosoft and NEVER had any problem with them. I bought their products from Simmarket and from Aerosoft directly. I never had a problem registering all my products. I am thinking of buying their Anchorage airport.Happy flying!

We're calm. Just because you don't have any doesn't mean anyone else hasn't. I was sharing with someone my experience with Aerosoft. I'm over it, Aerosoft just won't get any $ from me... that's all I was saying. I have some of their scenery products and they work fine, but Airbus X was a nightmare.

Mmmmh... I wonder if SimFlight is/was the problem... In any case I think the AirbusX is/was the worst product of Aerosoft (I have it too). One thing I know: if you delve into many forums, your Airbus problem will be solved. PM me your e-mail if you want and I'll be glad to help in a totally legal way.Happy 2012 and see you next year! (In Spain it's 23:44 already)!
