When I filled out the form I didn't see anything that asked about age/experience etc so they may just be selecting people randomly. Hopefully that's not the case since there are a lot of well qualified people around to test this maturely.

I had a gamertag for a while, so I dont remember if you had to use your birthday when signing up... But if you did, and your gamertag was required on the form, then they would know the ages of the applicants.
