To me this sums it up perfectly. You write a post, you stir things up in a way you dont appreciate if done here, I call you out on it and I am childish. The only thing you missed is what you did.
You thought that post was meant to stir the pot?Wow. The Flight forums were stirred enough as it was without my post. I was adding input and telling people to CHILL OUT.

What did it do if it did not do that? A number of years back I was an architect managing a number of good sized projects. They decided to send all people who had some management responsibilities on a course that ran for a couple of months one day a week. One of the things they did was take surveys from lots of people that you worked with so that you were confronted with what other people really thought of you. For some people it was really telling, for everyone who was part of my group we were confronted with things we didnt know about ourselves. BTW, over 10% of people doing this course quit their jobs as it was as much about doing the right thing for yourself as it was for the company. What I am getting to is I do not think you really understand how people perceive you, why you attract so much attention and controversy. Most people don't as I have found out but you have to see things more from other peoples perspective.

No, I do understand how people perceive me. But I'm sure it's mixed opinions.Controversy? I didn't know I was that important to be called "controversial". I know I rub maybe half a dozen people the wrong way. But from what I can see, I get along with everyone else in the x plane forums.Might take others advice and quit posting here for a while. In any case, sent you a PM.

Ever notice, that I don't even look at PMs, when it comes to internet arguments. Never read yours....I want it all out in the open...I do have a gripe though. Has something to do with your thoughts on the Flight forum, this evening. You stated that you never liked FSX. Which brings me to this point. The other day, you stated that FSX was never dark enough; that you could always see the mountains. I told you that my FSX was pitch black, and couldn't see any mountains at all. In fact, my FSX days are bright and sunny, and the sky is a beautiful and crisp shade of blue. You countered my reply, by saying that if I felt that was "realistic", then fine.....................but you and others don't agree. In other words, it was an attempt to belittle me................while I had actually stated that my FSX on my computer was pitch black. I know that other FSX users have pitch black skies also. This has been discussed years ago. Never the less, you make the assumption, that I somehow feel, that seeing in mountains on moonless nights is acceptable. When of course, I implied no such thing. You also state over and over, that FSX is full of CTD's, and point to a forum, in which there is 30 or so pages discussing it. SinceI replied, that I don't have these CTD's.....................you just automatically stated that I must have very little addons. In reality, you don't have any idea of the FSX addons that I have. Of course, many responded to your thread, that they don't have CTDs either. In other words, don't put words in my mouth. You sound too much like an attorney, trying to make points with a clueless jury. And BTW------ how can a developer create planes without rudder pedals? Since most real life planes I fly, need lot's of rudder attention due to power to weight ratios, it's the use of rudder that always get's my immediate attention with flight models.L.Adamson

Fortunately for us, Laminar actually LISTEN to us.
But, continuing to get a straight and honest answer, what would the reaction be HERE if Laminar suddenly decided to release XP10 using the same stripped down and anemic "Flight" model? And no, I'm not a stalker. I just use the "View New Content" button and scan all new posts to see if anything grabs my attention.

Larry, that post wasn't directed towards you. It was directed towards Jason Harris. It's up to him whether or he wants to read the message I sent him.As for the rest of your post, I'm really not interested in responding to it because no matter what anyone says, you always refer to your Vans RV6. To me, and it's safe to say, to many others, the Vans RV6 is not the pinnacle of aviation.

Bill, I'm not sure I understand the first part of your question. If you want a straight and honest answer about anything, fire away! But if you don't like the answer, then don't get all bent out of shape about it.I'll even skype with you for the rest of the day/night and you can ask me anything you want and I will give you 100% honest answers.

I'll give an honest answer-this thread is twilight zone and needs to be shut down....
