I would sign, except:- I believe, and Microsoft has consistently stated, that Flight will be the next FS and that it will target you airline simmers as well as the great majority of us who do not fly airliners. I really think you are all succombing to despair too quickly and should wait for the release, supposedly in just a few months, before giving up hope on Flight.- a great number of the Aces developers are still working on Flight, everything from the airplane creators, flight model devs, terrain guys, and designers. They are mostly still there on the Flight team, so it is not true to say that the Aces team has somehow been scattered to other companies. So, perhaps this petition is not completely necessary.Like all of you, I hope that Microsoft will give us a realistic simulator experience in their next title. Unlike many of you, I am optimistic that they will, in fact, do so. And if they don't, then I will join you in despairing and Jim will have to pay his bet!Best regards.Luis
Hi Luis,I do indeed admire your optimism and am just curious where that optimism comes from? Most everyone has stated that they believe, based on MS's communications that FLIGHT will not be anything that most of us had hoped. You seem to be one of the few that for some reason still has hope. I hope you are right my friend.RegardsBob

It's a waste of time. Besides, that was tried already back when Aces got the sack.
Agreed. And I certainly don't click on links posted by one day old users.

At least all information that we currently have does not look so good... Flyawaysimulations article states that Flight would not have whole world available even with addons, but smaller regions. And personally I like to fly in far away places from viewpoint of Europe and USA so Flight with only some regions is total no go to me, and probably to many other airliner fliers too. Would not be too fun to magically teleport to your destination region after going to edge of current one... Or fly over water where there is land. But yeah we will see that in near future.

I signed it too, maybe MS will open the code and do a SP3, hard to say.Bob

Very positive and surely enthusiastic approach. You have my respect, and my vote. :(
