January 17, 201214 yr Have fixed your scenery config. It may not be the cure, but sure will help. Also, you have FTX enabled for Orbx NZSI, NA and AU. If flying out of thoses areas, you must set to default in FTX control panel. Do not disable in scenery config. If you look at the changes I made, try and keep it like that. I never touch it....All the best Steve Edited January 17, 201214 yr by Randalicous
January 18, 201214 yr Author Steve you did't mention which ver of Gen x you have, however here are two links that may be worth having a look at.bobhttp://www.uk2000sce...hp?topic=6495.0http://www.playhoriz...k/downloads.htm I have got the updates and this has fixed my issue, thanks to all who anwsered. On a small side note.... Does anyone who uses this scenery know why the generic fsx map turns blue when flying over the scenery area. Or does it do this for any add on scenery pack used. It seems to remove all the terrain detail and it just looks like a blue map with the outline of the UK visible.Aside from that all is well. Thanks to all again.Steve
January 18, 201214 yr yes Steve, it is an Issue with gen-x scenery, there is a fix but I'm not sure if it's worth having as the fix alters the coast line appearance.you will have to go to' plan g 'ie Use Plan-G from TA software.bobps it may not help with the gps map but its alot better for flight planning.
