January 26, 201214 yr Moderator Wow. Those actually look pretty good. I'd heard mixed things about MegaSceneryEarth so I hadn't considered it. Would you by anychance be able to grab a screen shot of KSQL similar to the one that PIC007 took so that I can compare the two products? One good thing about MegaScenery is that the night textures are pretty damn good, plus it includes some light autogen. The only really bad MegaScenery i've seen is the Florida stuff. January 27, 201214 yr Love Blue-sky scenery flew it today from Colorado City AZ to St George UT on to North Las Vegas. Fly it with new Cessna 162 sky-catcher and other day flew Page AZ to Bryce Canyon. Its the best freeware to me and hope we can help recover those files.
January 31, 201511 yr I know this is an old post but for anyone looking for Colorado you can download the first version 4.7 res at simivation scenery. It is 2015 and the mega server went down in 2012 so I do not know if it will be anytime soon for that issue to be resolved. On simivations site you will find the Colorado files toward the end of the pages. Just scroll through them and there are many Colorado scenes there including Denver / Colorado Springs and points to the east through most of the mountain terrain . This is done by Blue Sky around 2006 and works great with FSX.
