The Boris soundtrack with the 2024 PMDG 738 really helps it. As soon as I put his sounds in, the plane came to life as far as engine sounds go from all views. It is an amazing combination and a step up from the new default sounds.

Yes, I put the textures at High from Ultra and no VRAM issues for me. I can't visibly see a difference. I am only on SU3 though.

The FSlabs Neo Airbus has been a big surprise for me, I am enjoying it.

I prefer the VC of the 2020 one. The displays looked better and now the VC looks a little washed out. A bit of a shame. I hope it is not an expensive price if we have bought the P3D one, the FS 2020 one as this looks more or less the same.

I find the FlightSimStudios FSS E190 in FS2024 to have improved alot. The sounds are better and the VC looks to be improved with the lighting engine in FS2024. They are heavily working on the new FMC logic and VNAV. I enjoy flying it.

I agree; it just feels like I am flying due to what you say; the atmosphere and lighting just feel right.

Yes; that is a little annoying for wing views. The cockpit experience/immersion is very good however.

I agree. Visually it is not leaps and bounds ahead of 2020 to warrant the streaming issues. So I am happy with 2020 for now until they have a few patches.

I am still using 2020 as prefer more local storage with less reliance on servers for the time being.

That's what I thought; only 3 HDR variables to alter in game though; none seem to help the long delay of light and dark while view switching...

Does this addition in the .cfg work in 3.0+? Since 3.0 HDR has been way to slow as I was able to use rob's tweak in 2.5 which was perfection.
