February 3, 201214 yr After I reinstalled the PMDG 737NGX to fix a problem, I noticed that, while the interior views were all fine, the exterior views in the EZDok camera were not displaying correctly. When I switch to those views, the camera is positioned in the correct location, but the interior model of the aircraft is display instead of the exterior. If I switch to the view from say, spot view, it displays the exterior model, but the camera isn't positioned properly and can't scroll (so basically, it doesn't work). I've tried running the config program, but that did nothing. Any suggestions?Thanks,boeing247 -Bram Osterhout
February 3, 201214 yr You must run the EZdok configurator any time you install or upgrade the NGX. Running that will add the necessary code to your aircraft.cfg. Curt Branch

February 3, 201214 yr As I said, running the configurator did nothing.Just a thought. Did you apply the update to v1.17 after re install? Rick Hobbs
April 11, 201412 yr I am having the same issue with the Iris A-10 Warthog with EZ dok. When switching to EZ dok external view, my entire front nose is missing. Just the cockpit is suspended in mid air. When I use the FSX default views it renders just fine. Not sure how I can fix this. anyone else with this issue with the Iris A-10?
April 11, 201412 yr For me EZDOC exterior views FSX is fine. But, P3D is still a problem in spite of the fact that I have the p#D version. I wonder what I missed.
April 11, 201412 yr As I said, running the configurator did nothing. did you double check that it actually added the ezdok entries to the aircraft.cfg for that plane? i remember one of the pmdg planes had a problem with this originally because the file, as installed, was read-only, but ezdok didn't report an error saying as such. i don't know if that's still the case but it might be worth checking out, the error you are reporting sounds exactly like what happens when it isn't in there. maybe see if the file is read only or open it up and check it out,at the end of the aircraft.cfg you should see an entry that looks something like: [CameraDefinition.201] Title=EZdok Aircraft Universal camera Guid={D8D67955-2E9B-4e75-9D8B-8EFFBBFAC65B} Description=Universal camera for EZdok cam utility cheers -andy crosby
