Many thanks Andrea, just downloaded it. See you on Volovirtuale.com!Bye.
Ok ;) Ciao!

The "problem" is:When pilot often comes on the plane, the technician already turned it on, so, GPU and all necessary equipments (ASU, air cond. unit) are already on.When technician wants to turn the plane on (or the pilot) he will ask to the ramp for GPU if avaiable or necessary (like for apu usage limits on some airports). He will not turn on the plane unless the GPU is connected (or he will discharge the battery).I've not connected the GPU as it is "optional" and not always required, or not always avaiable like on little airports where there are one or 2 of them and can be in use for other planes. So I made the file with it disconnected.

I'm checking the .sav file to see if I find funny things to add to the simulation, like breaking something or so on, without entering the failure menu, and I thinked about the GPU connection. As you will modify your .sav file to restore the FMC off condition after creating your own saved flight with GP connected, you can save time by simply modifying the saved file to add directly the ground power connection. The strings are:Ground Power Available=1 ----->0=GPU disconnected, 1=Gpu connected and runningGround Power Active=0 ------> this must be left to 0 in cold and darkGround Power Requested=1 -------> 0=you have not requested GPU connection, 1= Gpu requested. So in the middle of the .sav file we have one of the following condition:Ground power not present:Ground Power Available=0Ground Power Active=0Ground Power Requested=0Ground power present and connectedGround Power Available=1Ground Power Active=0Ground Power Requested=1Maybe the first one is only the light, I suppose also that if it is left to 0 it will turn on after few seconds from powerup as it will sense the presence of GPU, but as I'm not sure, simply use the strings I gave you.

do you mean that the GPU needs to be available but not connected?

I'd like to have all cold and dark situation, what I already have thanks to Andrea, and ground power available but not connected. Which is the lines I need to change? Maybe air cond also connected?Andrea, I edited the file and changed the galley and IRS selector mode that is in ON position in your file. (Where you can see the time remaining for IRS or position)Thanks for your great info. This post is getting interesting : )

For ground power (I need to test more to see if "avaiable" is only for the light) use the 2 conditions above, 0 means nothing is attached to the aircraft, 1 will load the plane with the ground power unit near the plane and cable attached. Then, as there is no command to turn the GPU on, I presume is always avaiable when it is attached to the aircraft. So, both lines need to be modified. The string line corresponding to the GND PWR switch in the cockpit is the second one. As the aircraft is ON, ground power switch position is OFF, and GPU is not active (condition 0).User settings for the various connections/pitot covers. 0= not installed/attached, 1= installed, attached[userOptions]Ground Air Conditioning Connected=0Huffer Cart Connected=0 Chocks Set=1Pitot Covers=0
