February 12, 201214 yr Author Yeah, I definitely see what you're saying--my main complaint about FSXBooster is the fact that it resets my tweaks if I edit the fsx.cfg file before closing it. -Bram Osterhout
February 12, 201214 yr Author Funny that you brought that up, though, because the TextureMaxLoad value keeps getting reset to 3, even when I follow the procedures I usually use to edit the fsx.cfg which always work fine... -Bram Osterhout
February 15, 201214 yr Author Does anybody who owns FSX Booster know why it might be resetting or deleting the TextureMaxLoad value? -Bram Osterhout
February 20, 201214 yr Author Sorry to dredge this topic back up, but the problem doesn't seem to have completely disappeared. Setting TextureMaxLoad to 12 got rid of 90+% of it, but it still happens once in a while. Any ideas?Thanks,boeing247 Edit: I found the problem. I was bringing up the fsx.cfg file with search, and the one that appeared first in search was the one in the REX folder, so when I checked the actual one, TextureMaxLoad was set to 3 Edited February 20, 201214 yr by boeing247 -Bram Osterhout
