Just a little question about the development!

Recommended Posts

Hello i just have a little question. it got nothing todo with a release date or something my questions is the follow one:Will PMDG keep supporting all the configuration of PMDG/Aircraft´s can be done through the FMC?I really like how its done and that you can change all options through the FMC during flight, taxi whatever. Will we see something like that still on the Secret Project #1 and the 777?

I'd think so on the 777, since it has an FMC and the customisation option is really nice, but not on the DC-6, since it is old and doesn't have an FMC. It might require an FS Menu option.

I second you on that! The FMS menu changing feature without pausing the flight is superb! (especially when online flying) I really hope this will be a PMDG standard now.

What about the Woodpigeon? Maybe the options could be hidden behind a guage; oh wait, I thought I had an option here someplace.

Woodpidgeon jokes are not getting old: it's a traditional insider joke, we need to share with the new guys.

Since I'm moderately new (people have been here since 2002 (or earlier)), can someone explain the woodpidgeon joke or is the joke no one gets it?

Yes, the 777 will have the same feature.
And i presume, the 777 will have the same (if not more) of an awesomeness of that of the NGX

So does it have it or not??? :(
You can't change the options from the MD-11's FMC. That's the difference between the MD-11 and NGX.But you can open the cabin/cargo doors, refuel the aircraft, pushback, and connect external air/power.
