Did you re-load the plane (or load it more than once, or switch from one version of the NGX to another)?By the way, in the future, since it's obvious you're posting about the NGX, a better place for those posts is in the NGX Subforum.

It occurs on all planes not just the NGXAnd no I didn't do any of the avove that you mentioned.

Yup, occurs on all add-ons in FSX, known problem and discussed in various product introductions and the knowledge base. Don't set the pmdg airplane as your default, and don't reload same type after ending flight.

First, read number 1 from here:http://forum.avsim.net/topic/361816-pmdg-forum-rules-please-read-before-posting/Ok- aside from the reasons given before my post, you may also be missing a certain effect file. Does the black smoke show when you are cruising only, or on the ground also? Do you see this coming from the tires when you touchdown?
