Has Microsoft got a support link for Flight ?.

Featured Replies

Hi Guys, Does anyone know if you can get in touch with MS via an email link regarding issues with Windows Live,So they can reply back to you via email. All that is on the MS Flight website is a support link that only has FAQ'swhich does not cover my issue with live. Have downloaded Flight & played it no problem, and have signed up towindows live, which I can log into with no problem on the Flight website, but it brings up a message when trying toget into live through the front end of the game. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks for looking.John. (Bloxboy).

I,m sure you will get some help here. What message are you getting ?Fred.

Hi Fred, This is the same problem someone else is having in a similar post :- "When I try to sign in to Windows Live, it tries to download my profile, then I get the following error message:""The Live Service may be unavailable..."I have an existing windows live account. I can log into it fine from IE8. My network is working fine, so there is no router issue. When ever I try to log on to Windows live within thegame to access more content, it tries to load my profile, but after about 20 seconds the above message comes up. This is why I need to get in touch with MS.

SNAP - Can anyone help please?

I wonder if somehow your version of Windows Live needs to be updated?I know when I installed the intitial Flight release, I must have had an older version of Live - but it went and automatically updated it first, then all went well. You might press the home key while in flight and look through the menus of Live to see if it maybe gives any clues as to what is going on...
