I do most of my flying online and have countless number of hour with the J41 and FS2crew. Its a bit late to be requesting features to be added but my suggestion may be install in an update.With the J41 I asigned the mute key function to my radio transmit button on my yoke ,which activated the mute switch on FS2crew anytime I communicated with ATC,however if I wanted to unmute FS2crew I would have to push the transmit button again. So is it possible to asign the key as you press and hold down the key it mute FS2crew and when you let the key or button go it unmutes FS2crew. With the briefing etc that can be muted by the control window.Cheers Frester

"HM" on the main control panel of FS2Crew stands for "Hard Mute", I'm pretty sure the J41 has it too from memory ?I use the Left Ctrol key (CTRL) to speak to Online ATC and this key also is the Mute key for FS2Crew, it toggles mute on and off.From the J41 manual

HM: Toggles “Hard Mute” on/off. If Hard Mute is on, the FO will not act on input detected by the speech recognition engine.

So if your using anything but the CTRL key, than it may turn a toggle into a fixture meaning you will have to press it again to un-mute it.Never had an issue whilst using my left CTRL key.

You can assign Hard Mute to anything you like.So no worries there.Or you can simply press 'HM' on the FS2Crew Main Panel.
